Two Piers Housing Co-op

Two Piers is a housing co-operative in Brighton UK. It was registered as a fully-mutual housing co-operative in 1978, and as a Housing Association in 1979. It benefitted from Housing Association Grant of around £2 million, and now owns 5 reburbished houses and a complex of 11 new-build flats, in total housing 75 tenants.
